Watch: John Legend and the Roots – Wake Up (Arcade Fire Cover)

Yes, yes, I know the album is called Wake Up (it’s fantastic by the way), and the song on it is called ‘Wake Up Everybody’ is by Harold Melvin, but the Roots and John Legend played a cover of Arcade Fire’s ‘Wake Up’ to open their American Express presents show. Guess what…it’s amazing. Every musician is spot on, and it sounds simply wonderful. Check it out below.
