It’s always good when a youtube commenter claims you’re “as good as One Direction”. That’s exactly what one fan has posted under the video for Dublin band The Parlez‘s video for ‘Heart and Soul’. Taken from their upcoming debut album, it’s nothing like One Direction, instead going for a straight-up simple guitar-groove. Brothers Dermot and Neil Walsh are heavily influenced by classic rock, and you can tell it just from a single listen to any of their tunes.
