It’s been a long time coming, but Dublin band Hal are back. They’re releasing their second album The Time, The Hour early next year, and have offered up lead single ‘Down in the Valley’ as a free mp3 download on their new bandcamp page. They’re also set to tour to promote the album, so keep an eye on here for dates!
