If you’ve been following Swear I’m Not Paul for any length of time, you’ll know how much I love pop-country. Both Lady Antebellum and Taylor Swift were in my top ten albums of 2010 , so I’m always keeping an eye on the US Charts to find more. At the moment, there’s a lot of great acts in the iTunes Top 100 Singles Chart that are little known on this side of the water, so I thought I’d pick out five of my current favourites.
Jason Aldean ft. Kelly Clarkson – ‘Don’t You Wanna Stay’
(from 2010 album Jason Aldean – My Kinda Party)
Sara Evans – ‘A Little Bit Stronger’
(from 2011 album Stronger)
The JaneDear Girls – ‘Wildflower’
(from 2011 album The JaneDear Girls)
Sunny Sweeney – ‘From a Table Away’
(from 2011 EP Sunny Sweeney)
Thompson Square – ‘Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not’
(from 2011 album Thompson Square)

Have you checked out Sugarland’s new album ‘The Incredible Machine’ yet? Released today in Ireland/UK I think.

Yeah, got that album a while back (US release), it’s pretty decent. Love ‘Stuck Like Glue’, gave it a single review last year. They’re no Lady A though.
